It has been completely and beautifully renovated during the summer of 2023 and never lived in. Amenities include tennis courts, pickle ball courts, shuffleboard, two exercise rooms, social room with screened lanai, resort-style heated pool and whirlpool, additional huge sundeck, all within steps of our fabulous beach.
